6. Restaurant Partner Agreement & Food Safety Warranty

Key Partner Terms & Obligations:
- Commission & Settlement: Platform commission, GST liability, and weekly/daily settlement cycles as agreed.
- Order Fulfillment: Adhere to acceptance and preparation times. High cancellations or out-of-stock items may result in penalty or suspension.
- Food Safety & Hygiene: Restaurant is solely responsible for food quality, fresh ingredients, hygienic preparation, tamper-proof packaging, and allergen declarations under FSSAI Act, 2006.
- Licensing Warranty: Restaurant warrants that it possesses a valid FSSAI license and will maintain all statutory registrations throughout the listing period.
- Indemnity: Restaurant agrees to indemnify QuickDine against any claims arising from food adulteration, contamination, or misrepresentation.
