📍 PROMINENT DISCLOSURE: BACKGROUND LOCATION COLLECTION
The Sufra Delivery Partner App (Package: com.storeal.rider) collects and accesses precise real-time location data (including in the background when the app is closed, minimized, or the device screen is off) strictly while your shift status is toggled "Online" or "Active".
This data is required for the following essential operational and safety purposes:
- Nearby Order & Ride Dispatch: Matching you with food pickups, parcel deliveries, or bike taxi rides located closest to you.
- Live Tracking for Customers & Merchants: Showing customers and restaurant kitchens live vehicle tracking as you transit to the destination.
- Fair Distance-Based Payouts: Accurately calculating your per-kilometer travel compensation, fuel allowances, and performance incentives.
- Transit Safety & Emergency SOS: Monitoring trip routes during bike taxi rides and enabling instant police response via the in-app 112 SOS trigger if an incident occurs.
Background location tracking ceases immediately when you toggle your status to "Offline" or close your working shift. Location data is never used for advertising.
